OUR ‘PAY WHAT YOU WANT’ VALUE GUARANTEE

Updated: Jul 28, 2021

Pricing Pillar 7: Value Is Guaranteed

When you choose to work with us, you’ll be investing more than you would do with a Traditional Accountant.

We realise that you may be concerned about whether you’ll receive full value for your investment you’re making.

To deal with this concern, so we offer you a ‘Pay What You Want’ value guarantee. If you haven’t had full value from the fee you’ve paid each month, just pay us what you think it’s been worth

Put simply, if you’re not totally chuffed with what we’ve done for you each month, you can choose to pay us whatever you want.

Just let us know what you feel the service you’ve received was worth, and we will pay you back the difference between that number, and what you paid us.

This puts the onus on us to make sure we deliver for you

We want to take responsibility for making sure we deliver amazing value to you each and every month.

That makes it super-important for us to make sure that we’re delivering on what we set out to do, and for you to be sure that the benefits you’re getting from working with us are far outweighing your investment.

There are no hoops to jump through – just send us an email or fill in a form

We don’t want to put you in a position where you need to have an awkward conversation if you’re not happy.

So there are two ways to let us know…

  1. Send us an email; or

  2. Fill in this short online form

We’ll ask for your name so we know which company we’re talking to, and the last invoice number so we know it’s genuinely you.

That’s it.

The cash will be back in your account within seven days.

The only ‘questions asked’ will be to understand what went wrong and how we can improve

You’ll notice one chiche that’s not mentioned so far is ‘no questions asked!’.

It would show a complete lack of responsibility on our part if we didn’t want to understand the reason you’re not happy.

We want to find out what has gone wrong so we can take ownership of it, and hold ourselves accountable for improving.

So no awkward questions, and no pressure to answer them if you’re not comfortable. Just a request for your honest feedback, so that we can get better at what we do.
